I
I'm just seeing this .. who's John Posey? And what he described sounds like our team last year. I just bought my LDC tickets and booked my hotel (at a 5-star hotel) and I bet not spend $500+ yet again to see us get whooped by PV ... a victory makes it all worth it and being able to proudly...
TSU needs to fire the volleyball coach ... our volleyball team is not good and lack fundmentals. They may beat other terrible SWAC schools but they will never beat your average DI teams outside the conference
Well the championship game has been broadcasted live for years on ESPN. And the only SWAC East teams that will bring a crowd is Jackson State or Alcorn State so it's always in the best interest for TSU, PV, SU make the finals which will likely happen next year b/c they are pretty strong every year.
I wouldn't waste my time with their twitter account ... there's other HBCU sport platforms to collaborate with or follow. Will TigerFans.net ever have a monthly or bi-weekly podcast?
1) The SWAC is made up of 10 institutions and out of those 10, only 2 are led by females.
2) There are no female SWAC ADs (to my knowledge)
3) The #1 and #2 spots in the SWAC are held by men.
4) The men coaches on average make way more than the women
But here's the kicker .... men only...
lol it's all good, I don't really care to be honest. all hype talk, i wanna see results.
West:
1) TSU - I'm biased of course but we have an amazing coach and I think he has some tricks up his sleeve. D. Griffin is the best wide receiver in the SWAC, I THINK I like the quarterback prospects...
I just looked at UH's Alumni board of directors and I see way more blacks than Hispanics .... but for many years blacks outnumber Hispanics there. The shift didn't happen until the last decade or so ... eventually the board will be mostly latinos. Like I seen only 1 white cheerleader at UH...
Mark my words, UH traditional alumni support is dying down as the university is rapidly becoming "less blue eyed blonde hair white". Hispanics (mostly Mestizos) are the largest group now and when I was on campus the last time I seen 0 to 5 non-hispanic white people. Most whites will not send...
Yeah I retract that statement since I misspoke what I wanted to say is that I'm concerned if black baseball players are being overlooked. Fortunately I did see 2-3 black players on the 2016 college natty champs team (Coastal Carolina) ... last year I didn't see any. #progress
I understand. There's enough black men playing baseball to where TSU's baseball team should reflect the student body which is mostly black, and about 10% Hispanic.
