Mike Davis is looking forward to the next 10 days for Texas Southern men's basketball.
Practice days have been at a premium this season, considering the Tigers have lived on the road.
"We're going to try to get a little extra work in over this break," Davis said. "We're going to try to get better. We're so far behind, but we're catching up fast."
Next time the Tigers are on the road, they'll try for a marquee win over a storied program in Syracuse at 1 p.m. on Dec. 27. It'll be perhaps the toughest game of the season for a Texas Southern team in need of some momentum before SWAC play in January.
