LAKE CHARLES, La. – Briana Creeks was TSU’s top finisher as the women’s cross country team participated in the McNeese State Cowboy Stampede Saturday morning.
Creeks ran the 5k course in a time of 20:11.9 to lead TSU followed by Mikayla Koester’s run of 21:58.6. Rayah Wynn (23:40.1) was third on the team followed by Latevia Adderley (24:05), Shelby Brooks (24:12.9), Ashlonia John (25:02.7), Lillie Burnett (25:10.1) and Rashel Bonds (29:48).
TSU is back in action Oct. 7 at the Clifton Gilliard Invitational in Prairie View, Texas.
