BIRMINGHAM, Alabama - The Texas Southern University Men's Golf Team posted a three-day total of 932 (302 – 318 - 312) to finish in fifth place following the final day of play at the 2025 Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC) Golf Championship on Wednesday. The SWAC Golf Championship was hosted at Robert Trent Jones Trail: Oxmoor Valley.Senior Kci Lindskog was the top scorer for the Tigers with his seventh-place finish on 224 (77 – 74 - 73). Lindskog's efforts also solidified the 2025 Men's Golf All-SWAC Medalist Second Team Honors as a result.
Freshman Yashal Shah posted a three-day total of 230 (74 – 81 – 75) to finish in 17th place individually.
The SWAC Championship concludes the Tigers' regular season. They return to the links in a few weeks as they gear up to compete in the 2025 PGA WORKS Collegiate Championship (PWCC), which will be played May 5-7 at Whistling Straits in Kohler, Wisconsin.
