The Texas Southern volleyball team dropped a 3-1 decision to Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC) opponent Grambling State on Tuesday evening at the H&PE Arena.
Grambling State (3-11, 1-0 SWAC) won the first two sets 25-19 and 25-18.
Texas Southern (1-15, 1-1) saw a back-and-forth battle in the third set but came out victorious winning, 32-30.
GSU would call it game in set four as they won 25-17.
Texas Southern is back in action at home on Sunday as they take on Southern University at 5 p.m. inside the H&PE Arena.
