Bryan-College Station, Texas – The Texas Southern Women's Golf team finished in 16th place in at the "Mo" Morial Invitational hosted by Texas A&M Tuesday.
Graduate student, Alexa Gonzales was the top scorer for the Tigers with a three-round total of 258. Junior, Azul Amezcua was six strokes back on 264.
The "Mo" Morial Invitational took place at Traditions Club. The tournament format consisted of 54 holes played over two days. The Tigers conclude their regular season at the Southwestern Athletic Conference Championship on April 14-16 in Birmingham, Ala. at the Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail at Oxmoor Valley
