I was told a new band director named Samuel Rowley is coming on board soon. Any of you heard anything? I heard he is a musical genius with stops at Bethune Cookman, Florida A&M & NCCU.

I was told a new band director named Samuel Rowley is coming on board soon. Any of you heard anything? I heard he is a musical genius with stops at Bethune Cookman, Florida A&M & NCCU.

Over the season there were all kinds of mixed news being thrown out. As far as I know. Gibson will remain leader of the Ocean of Soul. As for the Music Department and other TSU Bands are concerned, I am unsure. The School hasn't provided a confirmed report.
