Edit: Nevermind... Got men's and women's basketball confused. Both teams are playing Tulsa's teams this year.

South Florida coach Stan Heath has hired veteran coach Donnie Marsh as an assistant. Marsh was under Mike Davis at both IU + UAB + TSU. Donnie Marsh was the defensive coach at TSU. He will be missed.

Just talk to a top AAU Coach who has a few players on Southern's roster. He's saying Southern will have a lot of size this season. (4 players > 6'8"). I told him we will get them with our quickness and shooting.
 
We'll have some size as well with a few of the Dallas boys. It should be a great competitive season!

You're right. I've seen 6'8" Christian McCoggle play AAU ball last summer against the Houston Defenders (Harrison Twins) twice. he must have had 8 block shots and 12 boards in both games, he's a beast on the defensive end. He has a nice face up jumper and passes very well.
 
thats exactly what we need if we are going to compete with southern his post moves will only get better with our coaching staff

Nice we are getting a ESPN U game against Texas Tech. This tournament should be a good challenge for us to start the season.
